The Cross Canada Chemex Tour will be taking its first coffee break at Slaysh tomorrow,
Saturday April 27th, from 1:30-4:30.
The tour is a project dreamed up by a coffee lover from Toronto who will be driving the country with his portable coffee bar and serving up some brews (the caffeinated type).
Chris from Working Coffee will be highlighting a Brazilian Coffee by the name of Cachoeira de Grama. It is roasted by Detour Coffee Roasters from Dundas, Ontario. The coffee will be brewed using a manual brew method called a Chemex. This process is visually appealing as well as making a really clean, tasty cup of coffee.
Coffee lovers in Ottawa shouldn’t miss this opportunity to support the tour, taste an excellent cup of coffee and be educated by Working Coffee on what makes a good cup of Joe.
